I've recently been hired by the Daily Universe, which is the school newspaper for BYU. I wanted to get hired for two reasons. 1. So that I could get a small taste of what a photojournalism career would be like. 2. To get on the field for BYU football games! This was a total blast. On the field, up in the press box, drinking some gatorade from the team sidelines. Great times! Being on the field did have it's downsides, though. I wasn't able to cheer for the team, wear BYU clothes, or fully enjoy the game. I will enjoy doing it again this year, and hopefully the team will play more like they did against Washington than they did against Air Force.
